Brings parts to the operator whilst limiting movements
Flow rack 1500
Flow rack L183
Each Rack is adapted according to the type of packing. Easy access for the operator allows him to limit his movements
Mixed assembly line : boxes in rack
Prise ergonomique des pièces grâce au décalage des nappes
Flow Rak L182

Flow Rak L183
Conditionné à la demande
Easy access to parts due to overlapping boxes
Each line has its own channelling guide : no box remains stuck in the middle of the rack
Channelled return for each type of box : no box jams or falls
A 440 mm wide gap between 2 storage lines enables a mixed solution of storage in boxes or in Rollis ®
Rollers with compact metal axles for a smooth and reliable movement
Adjustment of each levels’ height from the outside (no nut or other parts to hold on the inside)
The rack can be moved by hand or by a fork-lift truck on the side
Tag holder to identify each lane
For Rollis 400 or dépileur
It is essential for an operator on a production line to be able to access a maximum number of components or parts with minimum physical movement. To be able to achieve this, the storage units must be as slim as possible (in a container or in a Rollis® trolley). The structure that brings the parts and components to the workplace must be able to house as many containers as possible.
Labadis has developed a compact Dynamic Flow Rack which requires a spacing of only 48 mm between 2 storage levels (cf. Diagram below). The staggering of the levels at 50% of the opening means that up to 6 levels of storage can be easily accessed.
Manufacturing primarily consists of a single larger unit, support fixtures of a smaller size and fixing components (screws, rivets, clips). Furthermore, the size of the containers to supply the production process, ranges from the Rollis trolley to the butter box with an intermediate sized container of 600mm x 400mm. The Labadis Rack takesa 400mm wide container. It is also possible to mix and match containers and Rollis trolleys to supply the production process thus ensuring that parts of all sizes are made available to the point of manufacture or assembly : the operator no longer has to leave his workplace.
The width of the Rollis trolley is 450 mm. The layout of the workplace storage unit can also be done by the operators themselves, according to their requirements.
The front-loading racks can be assembled by hand from 9 base units upwards, whatever the width and level type used. A saw, a riveter, a spanner, a screw and two rivets are all that is needed.
Free training in our premises.
•A support bar at the entrance to the rows protects the rollers whilst the containers are being loaded.
•It is possible to attach indicators to the front of the rack to help the operator select the correct parts (picking to light)
•Anti-blocking system at the rear of the rack to avoid containers falling out.
